Sign with Kids: Parent and Guardian Program for Baby and Child Vocabulary
The sign language words you need to communicate with infants and young children
Why use sign language with your baby?
While more research is needed with regard to potential cognitive, literacy, and language skill advances, Mayo Clinic confirms that some research already "suggests that baby sign language might give a typically developing child a way to communicate several months earlier than those who only use vocal communication. This might help ease frustration between ages 8 months and 2 years — when children begin to know what they want, need and feel but don't necessarily have the verbal skills to express themselves."
Additionally, your child may retain what they've learned! You're teaching them vocabulary in a different language that they can continue to use (and learn more!) as they grow up.
How to get started?
This course teaches basic sign vocabulary to use with your baby or young child. Learn American Sign Language words for concepts like MILK, WANT, MORE, WAIT, BOOK, POTTY, and more! This can empower your infant or toddler to express what they want or need, and the signs can continue to be used into their childhood.
Why now?
Why not? Don't delay! The sooner you learn these signs for yourself, the sooner you can begin using them around your child so they learn and pick up the signs.
This is the LAUNCH of this family course! You'll be the first in, so you get to tell me what you like and dislike, as well as what signs and information you'd like to see added. There are already 100+ words to get you started, and I'll take your feedback to continue adding even more words and phrases.
Rest assured, you get lifetime access, so you'll benefit from any and all additions still to come.
No kid?
No problem! This course contains vocabulary relevant to everyone. Learn signs about daily activities like eating, reading, showering, and more.

"Thank you, Meredith!! The platform and organization of topics are super easy to navigate, and we were able to get started using signs with our kids right away because your videos are so clear and concise."
- Eden P,
"I am expecting my first child, and this course helped me feel prepared just in case she is born deaf or hard-of-hearing. Even if she is born hearing, I am still so glad I took this course to enhance our communication to one another before talking begins. This course is laid out nicely, is straightforward, with signs shown from multiple angles. I highly recommend this course for any parent or parent-to-be that wants to learn additional communication skills with their child regardless of hearing status."
- Kelsey F.
"I have students as young as four years old, so I thought this program would be beneficial. I was not disappointed! The program added many new signs to my signing vocabulary. It was easy to follow and gave plenty of practice. I highly recommend this ASL course."
